Turnkey Homes
Giggins Construction offer a full Turnkey service to all our clients. We are members of the CIF and SEAI and are fully certified in terms of all Health and Safety regulations. From ground clearance through to handing over keys, we carry out all stages of building your new home. 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrics, Blockwork, Plastering, Roofing and more are all carried out by our experienced and fully qualified team, ensuring all work is completed to the highest specifications using only the best materials. We always aim to deliver on time and within budget, providing a service that is affordable, efficient and reliable.
Giggins Construction are qualified participants in the Home Renovation Incentive Scheme (HRI). This allows the applicant to receive an Income Tax Credit at 13.5% of the cost incurred for renovation, upgrading and improvement to their private residence or rental property.
